Why Siach exists
Siach is the Hebrew word for conversation. In small businesses, conversation is everything: the question before the purchase, the advice that makes the sale, the follow-up that brings someone back.
But small teams can’t be online all the time. Messages come in after closing, during the lunch rush, on the weekend, and they wait. Every one that waits is a customer who might not come back.
